How it works
Four steps, one sitting.
About ten minutes once your documents are ready. No printing and nothing to install; most people finish on their phone.
- 01
Destination
Pick where you are going and see the exact checklist for it before you start: passport, contact details and any documents that destination asks for.
- 02
Passport
Take a photo with your phone camera or drag in a scan. JPG, PNG, HEIC or PDF, up to 10 MB. Some destinations also ask for a document or two, such as a hotel booking; the checklist in step 1 says which.
- 03
Your details
Only the fields we need for your destination. Your answers are kept on your device (files are not), so you can take a break and come back.
- 04
Review & submit
Check everything once, submit, and a tracking code like VT-7K3M-9XQ2 appears straight away. If we need another document, we tell you exactly which one.

Our own review comes first, within 5–10 days. Embassy times are our typical estimates from past applications, not guarantees: they depend on the embassy, the season and your nationality, and we confirm yours during review. You pay after your application is approved. Nothing is charged when you submit.
