How VToday Travel handles your information

When you submit an application we store:

• A scan or photo of your passport, and any extra documents you upload later from your tracking page.
• Your name, email address and phone number, so we can reach you about the application.
• Your answers to the questions in the form. Our staff decide which questions appear; we only ask for what the visa process needs.
• The IP address the application was sent from, to prevent abuse of the form.

Everything is stored on VToday Travel’s own server. Your documents are not uploaded to a third-party storage or analytics service, and we do not sell or share them with anyone outside the visa process.

Only VToday Travel staff with an admin account can open applications and documents. Applicants never need an account: your tracking page shows the status of your application and the names of the files you uploaded, not the files themselves.

Anyone who has your tracking code can open that status page, so treat the code like a ticket number and keep it to yourself.

We keep your application for as long as it takes to process it and answer any follow-up questions. If you want it deleted sooner — or at any time afterwards — email hello@vtoday.site from the address you applied with and we will remove the application and its documents.

There are no applicant accounts and no advertising or tracking cookies. The site keeps two things in your browser only: your light/dark theme preference, and your answers to an unfinished application so you can resume it (files are never kept in the draft). The draft stays on your device and is sent to us only when you press submit. Staff logins use a session cookie that applies to the admin area alone.
